3. Use License

• Generate images that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service to create content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks

Credits: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate images. Credits may be purchased through subscription plans or one-time purchases.

Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, you will be charged the subscription fee on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for credits purchased or subscription fees paid, except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Unused credits do not expire unless otherwise stated, but subscription benefits may change over time.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

8. Privacy

Your use of PlatePhoto is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

• Does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Does not guarantee that the AI-generated images will meet your specific requirements or expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlatePhoto or its suppliers, partners, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PlatePhoto, even if PlatePhoto or a PlatePhoto authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PlatePhoto in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
